Intuitive massage uses therapeutic massage techniques, while finding the source of “stuck” energy and emotions in the physical body.

Unlike an average massage that follows a basic traditional outline, these bodywork sessions target the energetic and physical body.

On-site guided meditation is provided each day, if desired.

Meditation is one of the best ways to reset the nervous system, disengage our “fight or flight” response, calm the mind-body connection, enhance our connection to our higher-self and source, gain insights and clarity, and simply relax and reset.

You’ll be guided through a 30-minute on-site meditation with your host, once per day, upon request.
